Beyond building homes and contributing parks, recreation facilities, amenities, school sites, seawall walkways and daycares, Concord infuses over $2 million dollars annually into the communities they develop in through family oriented events and charities.

Concord Supports Its Communities Through Charitable Programs
The children in Concord communities benefit through the infrastructure and after school program funding from Concord’s partnerships with the Vancouver Society of Children’s Centres to the local community centres and schools, and healthcare funding through BC Children’s Hospital.
Concord continually supports senior assisted living programs through the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation initiatives such as the annual Walk with the Dragon and the Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala.
In addition, Concord partners and supports the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, Canadian Cancer Society, Coast Mental Health Foundation, Rotary Clubs, Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, Diamond Rally Charity Challenge, United Way of Lower Mainland, and Vancouver Eastside programs and housing initiatives.
West Coast Heritage
Concord Pacific not only supports citywide events, kids programs and charities. Concord is deeply woven into the community through culture, heritage and supporting the Nations that were here first. Concord Pacific has a long history of supporting employment programs like Blade Runners and Sole Foods and now supports youth and young people with employment and training opportunities all year at Concord’s pop up park.
